How are the wines selected for Tribeca Wine Club?  Each month, we develop a theme that we believe will be interesting, delicious, and seasonally appropriate. We taste regularly with the greatest producers, importers and distributors, and take a team approach to selecting the best options we can find for each theme.

Do I get to choose the kind of wines in the monthly box?  Unfortunately we don’t offer custom boxes through the club. However, we are happy to help you purchase personalized mixed cases through our store. Contact us at 212-393-1400 or email us at, and we’ll be happy to help.

What if there is a problem with one of the wines? Please send us an e-mail if you think one of your wines is off and we will do our best to correct it for you..

Do you ship in the summer months or to warm areas? We have refrigerated shipping, and insulated packaging to make sure your wine arrives sound regardless of weather. We are also happy to hold for you on request and deliver at a later time, simply email us at

When will my credit card be charged? Typically your first purchase will be charged within a day. Monthly subscription renewals will be charged once per month, and you will be sent an email prior to the charge.

How do I pause/cancel my subscription? Simply log in to your account at and click to manage your subscription. You can pause or cancel at any time. If you have any questions, reach out to us at

Can I ship to my work address? Absolutely. You can ship to a home or work address. For the time being, we cannot ship to a post office box.

I signed up but when will my box ship out? We ship out most months on the second and fourth Monday of the month. Please contact us at if you need to coordinate special shipping requests.

How do I change my credit card info? You may change your billing information at anytime by logging into and choosing end my subscription.
