  • Bodegas Chacra Sin Azure Pinot Noir

A wine with a blue blood pedigree, Bodegas Chacra is produced by Piero Incisa della Rocchetta, grandson of Mario, the creator of Sassicaia and Jean-Marc Roulot, of Burgundy fame.  They began this project after a blind tasting of Pinot Noir from around the world. Impressed by the Argentinian examples, they took off to explore the high elevation, nascent vineyards of Patagonia. This is a partnership of wine royalty, a supergroup on the scale of The Highwaymen...

  • Stolpman “Love You Bunches”

While known for making some of the best Syrah in CA, Stolpman produces a Sangiovese to rival its spiritual ancestors in Italy. Kyle Napp & Matt Nocas craft the wine using native yeasts & carbonic maceration, much like Beaujolais, which helps it retain fresh acidity & gives it generous, crunchy fruit on the palate...

  • Dog Point Chardonnay

A versatile variety found in nearly all wine growing regions around the world, Chardonnay is barely uttered in the same breath as New Zealand, yet it makes up 6% of total wine production for the country. In the hands of James Healy & Ivan Sutherland, you wonder why even more isn’t planted...

Our Producers

We believe all great wine has two things in common - great vineyards, and a passionate vigneron. The producers we work with are farmers at heart, who tell delicious, metaphorical stories of place through skilled work in the vineyard, and knowledgeable winemaking. The producers we're most drawn to craft wines of transparency. That is, wines that reflect where the grapes were grown (terroir), and that taste like the grapes in the bottle (we call this typicity). We do not believe in being dogmatic, and won't write people off for having to irrigate in a difficult vintage or use a touch of sulfur. While we love the classics like Burgundy and Piedmont, we're also fascinated by the new and cutting edge. Some of our producers make powerful reds from warm climates; from others we get bright, zesty whites from seaside vineyards. While there's a framework we use when we’re thinking about wine quality, we believe both your table and cellar will be enriched with a diversity of styles, stories, and personalities. Delicious wines, made by real people, taking you on a journey from their vineyard to your glass.
